Strength in Numbers

Our four co-founders may have built the ship. But our #one2give family of donors, volunteers and partners moves it forward.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR INTEREST IN #ONE2GIVE!

Back in March 2020, the four of us were working independently of one another to do whatever we could to ease the burden COVID-19 was having on our city’s most vulnerable populations. Shelters were operating at capacity; PPE wasn’t easy to come by; food bank supplies were depleting fast.

Toronto felt chaotic, but the one constant was peoples' desire to help. The challenge for many was knowing where to start. We formed #one2give to simplify this challenge.

In partnership with shelters, schools and other organizations that serve under-resourced demographics, #one2give connects communities with simple opportunities to give back. One bar of soap at a time, one tube of toothpaste at a time, one water bottle at a time, our #one2give family has proven that sometimes, to drive change, we need to think small.

While the four of us come from different backgrounds - education, communications, fundraising - we share a passion for volunteerism and grassroots activism. We know that by harnessing the power of social media and our rapid-response model of mobilizing hundreds of likeminded people, we can have a big impact.

Thank you for being on this journey with us and for believing in the power of the small ask.
